     The Company has been started by its incumbent proprietor Y.P.Tripathi in 1980. By continuos R & D and product upgradation, we have become one of the reputed manufacturers of Power Electronic Equipments for last 30 years. Ours is a SSI registered unit from Maharashtra Govt and we are located at Balaji Heavy Ind. Estate, Kandivli(E), Mumbai-400 101. Through our continuous R & D, we have developed and updated many types of Electronic Equipments for industrial applications. Our products are mentioned in the Systems & solution section of the site. All the products are under our manufacturing range.

     Our fast selling product is the APFC system. We have designed, manufactured and supplied numerous such systems ranging from 35 KVAR to 300 KVAR all over the country. It is a unique means for Energy Conservation. The System continuously monitors the PF of the Electrical Installation and corrects the PF of the System near Unity in a closed loop feedback manner, which gets deteriorated due to reactive component of load current caused by Motors, Fluorescent lamps, Induction Furnaces and Air conditioners, etc by connecting the appropriate Capacitor Banks. We undertake Energy Audit for Commercial & Industrial (Electrical Power) Consumers.

     We analyze the Electrical Data from Energy Audit and suitably recommend the corrective measures for maintaining the Unity PF for saving in Electric bill, proper Voltage supply and reduction of harmonic distortion, if present in the Line.

     We have a trained work force of technicians and Electronic Engineers to undertake and complete the jobs and take care of the systems after sales and commissioning. We are well equipped with the Machinery and Test Instruments, necessary for production, maintenance and R & D activities.

     We offer excellent service after sales to our customers for a period of one year after delivery. Thereafter we offer AMCs at a very reasonable rate.
