We made our debut in the field of Power Electronics by designing & manufacturing Thyristor
-controlled DC Drives in late seventies. Since then we have supplied DC Drives mainly for
Plastic & Packaging Industries right from 1HP to 60HP in semi-controlled to fully-controlled
mode. With advent of AC Drives, we stopped the manufacturing DC Drives from the year 1995.
Since then we marketed and installed AC Drives, Eurotherm and LG make in place of DC
Drives.
We have designed & supplied the Corona Discharge Treaters to the Plastic Extrusion Plants,
Printing Industries from late seventies till date. Earlier models were designed around fast
switching power Transistors in high frequency Resonance mode in half bridge and full-bridge
configuration. The frequency Generator unit along with high voltage ferrite cored transformer is used to feed the power to Treater Station to generate the corona discharge to treat the surface of Plastic films passing through it. Prior to treatment the printing or adhesion on the film surface is not possible as the surface is very smooth. The film surface becomes somewhat uneven due to impinging of discharge particles on the surface. Thus printing or lamination process on the plastic material becomes easy. The Treater Stations were assembled with Silicone Rubber coated Treater Rolls with automated web guiding mechanism. Thus we introduced long life to Treater Rolls. In the middle of nineties we developed Corona Traters for Cable Industries with special Treater station to treat the surface of XLPE coated cable by Corona Discharge to prepare its surface for printing. We have supplied and installed such Corona Traeters to Polycab, RPG Cables and Uniflex Cables Ltd.
Batteries find extensive applications as stationery and mobile energy source. So there is a need to charge the batteries in most efficient manner to extend their life. So we have now designed compact and reliable SMPS based chargers in addition to high power phase-controlled Thyristor based Float-cum-boost charger. The Battery current, voltage and the Temperature, all the three parameters are continuously monitored to charge the battery in most controlled condition to prolong its active service life.
We also manufacture Servo-controlled 1 
& 3 Voltage stabilizers as per customer’s requirement.
We have designed the SMPS to high current and low voltage for Electroplating applications. We may also design and supply SMPS of any rating current upto 2000A and power 25KVA.
We have developed Resonance Mode Inverters which find various applications in Induction Heating & Melting, with some variation for Corona Discharge Treater and Ultrasonic Vibrator. Such Inverters are very efficient and generates sinusoidal current Waveforms either by switching the power devices like IGBT & MOSFETs at zero current or zero voltage.
We design and manufacture offer Electrical Control Panels as per customer’s specifications, especially LT Panels and MCC Panels.
We design and manufacture APFC Panels specially Thyristor-switched and supplying the same to Private Companies as well as Govt. Departments. We have also supplied Contactor-switched APFC Panels. We have designed special APFC Panels for the Electrical Systems with abundant Harmonic distortions. We have also designed passive Harmonic Filters to filter out unwanted Harmonics in Electrical supply Systems particularly in the Industrial Plants using VFD’s and Phase-controlled Thyristor Drives. Harmonic Distortions also generated in Electrical line due to Servers and communication networks.
We have also designed special PFC unit for single phase and three phase Welding Equipments where fast switching of Capacitor Banks are needed. We employ special circuit to precisely track the line voltage as per the Capacitor potential and so switch the Thyristors at zero-current crossing to avoid the in-rush current through Capacitor Banks.
Similarly same circuit can be used to switch the Capacitor banks for single phase supply feeding the ACs.

ENERY AUDIT
We also carry out Energy audit at the Customer’s premises for very reasonable charge. We analyse the Electrical Data and submit the audit report and recommendations for PF correction and Harmonic reduction.
This is our latest product and we are intending to go in a big way to install the Solar Panels in remote and rural area and lighting of the area during the night by LED Light source.
